The Process Master Class run by Mark McGregor and John Moe of Alphacourt on 17th October 2007, at the IBM Warwick offices, was extremely well attended, and gained some very positive feedback.  In a packed day we covered:

• Effective Modelling and Mapping
• Process Automation
• Creating an Action Plan

The discussions were interspersed with some exercises to help appreciate the different techniques that can be used to improve the quality and effectiveness of process management.  We will be running this course throughout next year at different locations, on a monthly basis.
