Alphacourt has been running a series of free BPM Proof of the Pudding Workshops, in conjunction with IBM, throughout 2007.  The workshops have proved very popular and the series has now been extended into 2008.  

John Moe, Alphacourt's Head of Business Consulting, has been presenting at these workshops on developing a strategy and roadmap for BPM and SOA, together with selling this concept to the business.
